OSAI is now expanding its business development & sales team.

🔸What you'll be doing:
- Utilize existing relationships and develop new ones at relevant bookmakers, betting data providers & betting sports tournaments to unlock revenue opportunities.
- Customer search, CRM management, visit exhibitions, establish client’s objectives, create appropriate sales responses, pitch, negotiate contracts and close deals, effectively manage your day-to-day business relationships.
- Meet and exceed quarterly/annual regional revenue targets.
- Work with the Global Managing Director to structure and execute appropriate trade agreements with agencies and strategically important clients.
- Setup meetings with potential clients, follow-up calls and all activities related to business development & sales.

**🔸What you'll need
**- Experience in business development with a start-up mindset and keen interest in the sports, betting and AL/ML/CV technology industry.
- Confident pitching and strong negotiation skills
- Successful and proven track record in business development & sales.
- An established network of betting & sport industry contacts on local, regional and global level.
- A strong understanding of the betting & sports industries, current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Russian language is beneficial.

Мы в OSAI создаем систему спортивной видео-аналитики в реальном времени, которая применяется в соревнованиях по настольному теннису, а так же систему распознавания высокоуровневых спортивных событий по видео-потоку для киберспортов (FIFA, NBA, NHL).

Мы уже участвуем в топовых международных соревнованиях по настольному теннису, но у нас остаются нереализованными много планов, поэтому мы ищем еще одного Python-разработчика в команду киберспортов, который в перспективе подключится к работе с нашим ключевым продуктом - настольным теннисом.

▫️Стек, который мы используем: FastAPI, aiohttp, pytest, pytorch, PostgreSQL, mongo, ZeroMQ, Ansible, Docker, TeamCity;

**▫️Что нужно будет делать:

**- Заниматься развитием существующих модулей правил (системы которая преобразовывает наблюдения от системы компьютерного зрения в высокоуровневые события).
- Произвести унификацию модулей правил киберспортов: выделить общие модули в библиотеку.
- Переработать механизмы определения штрафных бросков для NBA и удалений для NHL.

**▫️Что мы ждем от тебя:

**- хорошее владение Python 3.8+;
- умение писать unit-тесты и тестируемый код в целом (мы используем pytest);
- опыт разработки конкурентных приложений на python (multithreading, multiprocessing, asyncio);
- опыт разработки веб приложений на асинхронных веб фреймворках(aiohttp/FastAPI);
- желание развиваться и делать свое дело классно.
