Всем привет!

Для Visitor визы есть такой пункт:
Duly certified Declaration of assumption of expenses and accommodation by the supporting parent or his/her spouce.

При этом такой формы в списке supporting documents нет http://www.moi.gov.cy/moi/CRMD/crmd.nsf/all/266D24DCF6C1B3FFC22589040040A8C3?opendocument

Кто знает что надо сделать?

Коллеги, для визитерской визы Detailed statement of bank account transactions in a financial institution in the Republic of Cyprus, for the last 12 months - достаточно сделать распечатку из онлайн банка Кипра или надо заказывать официальную выписку с печатью за 60 евро?

Добрый день, для визитерской визы нужен: Certificate of Health Insurance for medical care that covers inpatient and outpatient care and transportation of corpse (Plan A).
Подскажите пожалуйста, им достаточно ГЕСИ и справки из банка что мой труп вернут не родину или нужно искать где застраховаться?
