Чем будешь заниматься:
— Строить систему производства рекламных креативов с нуля
— Формировать и развивать команду UGC-креаторов
— Анализировать результаты вместе с performance-командой и принимать решения на основе данных
— На старте — работать руками: писать сценарии, тестировать форматы, погружаться в аудиторию

Для нас важно:
✓ Опыт в performance-креативах для Meta Ads, TikTok Ads или аналогов
✓ Желательно знание Roblox — аудитория, тренды, внутриигровой контекст
✓ Понимание CTR, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate и умение работать с этими цифрами
✓ Опыт управления командой или подрядчиками
✓ Английский B2+

About the Team

About the Role
- Company is building autonomous research systems for financial markets.
- We believe that superior research comes from superior data.
- We are looking for a Data Engineer to build and operate the data platform that powers our researchers, AI systems, and trading infrastructure.
- You will own the lifecycle of market, execution, alternative, and internal research data — from ingestion and validation to storage, enrichment, and delivery.
- This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, quantitative research, and machine learning.
- Your work will directly impact how quickly new ideas can be tested, how reliably models can be trained, and how efficiently strategies can be deployed.

What You Will Do
- Design and maintain scalable pipelines for market, trading, and research data.
- Build reliable ingestion systems for exchange feeds, execution venues, alternative datasets, and internal data sources.
- Develop data quality frameworks, validation checks, monitoring, and observability tooling.
- Create standardized datasets used across quantitative research, machine learning, and production trading systems.
- Optimize storage and retrieval of large-scale time series data.
- Work closely with researchers to transform raw data into research-ready features (data preparation and collection for researchers).
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure consistent data models across research and production environments.
Improve metadata management, lineage tracking, and reproducibility of research results.
- Evaluate and integrate new datasets that may provide trading edge.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with market data, order book data, or trading systems (required).
- Experience with exchanges (required).
- Experience supporting machine learning workflows.
- Knowledge of quantitative research and backtesting environments.
- Strong software engineering skills in C++ and Python.
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines and distributed data systems.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, storage formats, and data lifecycle management.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with large datasets.
- English B2/C1.

Location: Relocation to Dubai or the Netherlands.

We're expanding our sales team by recruiting specialists in short-term SaaS sales (from 7 days to 2 months). We're looking for someone prepared for a two-week onboarding and sales in the first month. You are a proactive person who strives to get ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing, and converting your databases
- Find new clients using LinkedIn, LemList, and other tools.
- Customer engagement, updating, and re-engaging leads in your CRM.
- Close new deals online through remote demos of inbound and outbound leads

The main duties are writing and maintaining native UI tests for mobile application (Appium); testing Backend (API, Web-socket), performing manual testing of frontend features when necessary, including layouts and animations.
It requires experience in building the automation process, using the Appium framework, understanding Java syntax, and experience with Android Studio, Xcode
