I’m open to both furnished and unfurnished options.

The building should be in decent, functional condition: secure entrance door, working intercom and letterbox, and a functioning elevator (if there is one).

- at least 100mbps internet (ideally more). If there is no internet already it’s okay. I need the ability to get fast internet and I’ll put it on my name anyway.

Where?

In Larnaca or close to Larnaca, but I’m also open to Paralimni/Protaras/Pyla, as close to a nice beach as possible.

Especially if it’s not in or close to Larnaca, it definitely needs to be 5-15’ walking distance from the beach.

I’m already in Cyprus and looking for my permanent place.
