I’m looking for a long-term apartment starting January 2026 (but open to moving in earlier for the right place).

Ideally a nice studio or a 1-bedroom + living room, centrally located or very close to the center.

I’m open to both furnished and unfurnished options.

The building should be in decent, functional condition: secure entrance door, working intercom and letterbox, and a functioning elevator (if there is one).

Budget: 600–900€

I’d prefer to speak directly with owners or landlords, but agents are welcome too if you have something that fits the description.
