We are looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:
**• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries or issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Have an intimate knowledge of the product features and the ability to effectively help customers, and to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Manage key customer touch points (emails, Skype, Service Desk) including ongoing support of the customer.
• Identify and address customer needs and proactively suggest solutions to improve their experience with our services.
• Work closely with the Operations, Technical Support and Development Teams to timely respond to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously improve and develop customer success processes to ensure a high level of service.
• This role has rotating shifts (including night shifts).

**Qualifications:
**• At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer success\support, account management or similar role, preferably in FinTech\Forex industry.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with MetaTrader or Liquidity Aggregators/Bridges would be a significant advantage.

Hi everybody, we are looking for MetaTrader Admin.
Cyprus Investment Company Just2Trade Online Ltd. (CIF, authorized by CySEC, office in Limassol) has an open vacancy for a specialist in MetaTrader Administrator in the IT department.

Our company is a leading international investment company providing its clients with direct access to the major world stock and currency markets. You will be working in small multicultural team. Our office is located in the new modern building in Limassol.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactive monitoring of the network and systems
• Delivering a high-quality IT service as part of a small team covering all elements of IT from 1st line through to 3rd line support
• Administration of company Trading Platforms – MetaTrader4, MetaTrader5, oneZero.
• Perform routine audits of trading platform systems and software.
• Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems.
• Handle acceptance testing for application evolutions.
• Monitoring for servers and services status
• Independent solution of issues, relying on the knowledge gained and access to systems for which the technical department is responsible.
• Redirecting issues beyond the competence of the technical department to the appropriate services of the company.
• Work in the support department implies a shift schedule within 24 hours (including work on weekends).

Requirements:
• IT Degree (or some directly related experience)
• From 1 year experience in Windows system maintenance.
• Experience working with retail FX bridge technologies desired
• Previous experience in a financial Application Support role (specifically MT4/MT5 trading platforms) essential.
• Ability to investigate problems using logs, work with simple queries to databases (SQL).
• Ability to learn in a fast paced environment, self-learning (work is related to financial markets and uses various highly specialized software solutions, which constantly requires expanding the circle of their knowledge).
• Preferred work experience in a similar role.

Advance skills:
• Experience in DB Administration or SQL based reporting highly desirable.
• Experience in FIX API desirable.
• Analytical skills, time management, ability to solve complex problems
• Knowledge of the TCP / IP protocol stack and routing
