We are looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the financial markets industry. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Your Bourse is a close-knit team of IT and financial geeks united by the belief that financial firms should focus on their core business and not the IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:
**• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries or issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Have an intimate knowledge of the product features and the ability to effectively help customers, and to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Manage key customer touch points (emails, Skype, Service Desk) including ongoing support of the customer.
• Identify and address customer needs and proactively suggest solutions to improve their experience with our services.
• Work closely with the Operations, Technical Support and Development Teams to timely respond to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously improve and develop customer success processes to ensure a high level of service.
• This role has rotating shifts (including night shifts).
**Qualifications:
**• At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer success\support, account management or similar role, preferably in FinTech\Forex industry.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with MetaTrader or Liquidity Aggregators/Bridges would be a significant advantage.
