The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.
Your Responsibilities will be
- to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
- to ensure full onboarding process of the new employees including relocation process, including dealing with Cyprus immigration department
- to ensure up to date knowledge regarding employment law or any other regulation related to recruiting such as GDPR
Your Skills we need
- Relevant degree in human resources
- 3+ years in human resources or recruitment
- Fluent in Russian and English, Greek will be considered an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

Main duties & responsibilities:
• Daily data entry to the accounting system
• Timely tax reporting in accordance with Cyprus and EU legislation (VAT, VIES, MOSS, Income tax, etc.)
• Preparation and review of monthly VAT Returns and VAT Recapitulative statements.
• Preparation and review of management accounts and liaising with auditors.
• Preparation of the Company’s payroll, social insurance, PAYE
• Assisting employees in preparation and submission of IR1
• Participation in implementation and testing of accounting software
• Ad hoc tasks for accounting and tax matters
Candidate profile:
• Relevant education in the field of Finance/Economics/Accounting (BA, MA)
• Not less than 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
• Fluency in Russian and English Languages, Greek would be considered an advantage
• Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Open minded team player and willingness to learn
• A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
