A dynamic IT company is looking for an HR and Recruiter manager to join our team in Cyprus, Limassol**.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.
Your Responsibilities will be
- to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
- to ensure full onboarding process of the new employees including relocation process, including dealing with Cyprus immigration department
- to ensure up to date knowledge regarding employment law or any other regulation related to recruiting such as GDPR
Your Skills we need
- Relevant degree in human resources
- 3+ years in human resources or recruitment
- Fluent in Russian and English, Greek will be considered an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
