During this time I have progressed from being a regular part-time supporter to leading a team of 50 people that supported 3 major products. Now I am a project manager in the product team focusing on improving communication not only within our department but also with our users.

Hi! My name is Ira and I am looking for the new carrier opportunities as a Project Manager🤩 or as Team Lead of customer support.

I've been working in Yandex support for 6 years. I started as customer support, but now I'm the Team Lead of 50 people who support 3 large products.

I can organize the interaction of people from different departments: development, analytics, support, management, PR. Also I build communication between my team and users.

I know how to immerse myself in the work of products: I know everything about the supported services, I see insights, I know how to convey them to the team and implement new features together with it.

Tight deadlines, multitasking, ambitious goals stimulate me to work. In September, I accepted the challenge and my team improved the SL by 20%.
