About me: Hi there! My name is Ira and I have been working at Yandex Support for 7 years. During this time I have progressed from being a regular part-time supporter to leading a team of 50 people that supported 3 major products. Now I am a project manager in the product team focusing on improving communication not only within our department but also with our users.
I have a deep understanding of our products and services. I can see insights. I know how to share them with my team and work together to implement new features.
