Vacancy: Senior Business Development Manager**
Job format: Remote/office, office in Cyprus
Salary: $8000-9000 + bonuses

Main tasks:

- Attracting new business through active prospecting of institutional clients (cold calls, networking, contacts).
- Generating leads using modern sales techniques to attract clients in the forex, metals, energy and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Representing the company at industry conferences, expanding network of contacts and making presentations.
- Maintaining deal and lead reporting in CRM.
- Attracting Introducing Brokers (IBs) through sourcing and building partnerships, developing incentive programmes and support structures to attract them.

What we expect:

- 5+ years in forex sales, including institutional liquidity.
- Successful experience in closing large deals.
- Experience with cold leads and long term clients.
- Knowledge of liquidity, trading platforms and market dynamics.
- Experience working with Introducing Brokers.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce).
English C1+ and above.
