📍At least 7 years of experience in brokers
📍Extensive experience managing back-office operations in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or payment processing companies
📍Deep expertise in financial operations, settlements, invoicing, payments, client onboarding/offboarding, internal data management, and regulatory reporting
📍Proven record of implementing process improvements, lean methodologies, and automation initiatives
📍At least C1 English
