да, это не про запрос, но тут они не уточняют, все окончательно ок, или они запросили что-то еще. Мой изначальный вопрос был в том, что если они запросили - то каким образом они это делают: направляют бумажное письмо, емейл, звонят?

Всем привет! Каким образом Геси сообщает о том, что нужны доп документы к заявке на регистрацию? Мне пришла отбивка, что кейс подвинулся, но там есть развилка: либо все ок и можно привязываться к врачу, либо нужны доп документы, если такой запрос поступил (но все равно временно можно привязаться к врачу). Второго емейла от них я не получал, могли они обычной почтой письмо отправить?
