Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of information security policy (Access Control, DLP, Endpoint Security, etc.).
- Participation in building a secure infrastructure (Google Workspace, VPN/Twingate, CBS)
- Access control management, log auditing, incident management
- Conducting internal vulnerability tests / pentest coordination
- Supporting external IT audits and compliance assessments
- Training the team on cybersecurity principles

Requirements:
- Cyprus based role
- Experience in an IT security / SecOps / DevSec role in a fintech, bank or startup environment
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA
- Hands-on experience configuring IAM, DLP, MDM, GSuite Security, Cloud security
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH
- Ability to maintain documentation, write policies and guidelines
- Experience working with auditors, preferably on the side of a licensed financial institution
- Experience in passing security audits for SOC 2 (would be a plus)
- English: at least B2

Мы ищем опытного Team Lead в команду Customer Support, который станет ключевым связующим звеном между нашими клиентами, продуктовой командой и внутренними процессами. Что предстоит делать:
• Обеспечивать высокий уровень сервиса и оперативное решение запросов клиентов
• Общаться с клиентами на русском и английском языках (знание греческого будет плюсом), решая вопросы по телефону и в чатах
• Анализировать обратную связь клиентов и предлагать идеи для улучшения продукта совместно с продакт-командой
• Тестировать гипотезы и участвовать в разработке новых функций
• Создавать и обновлять контент в базе знаний для сотрудников, контролировать качество поддержки
• Работать с вопросами биллинга и договорных отношений в B2B сегменте
• Вести методичную документацию, фиксировать баги и технические проблемы, помогать в создании технической документации
• Обеспечивать удержание и рост клиентской базы благодаря глубокому пониманию Customer Success и Account Management
• Использовать CRM, сервис-деск и инструменты управления проектами (желательно Jira).

• Опыт руководства или сильные знания Customer Support/Success и Account Management с подтверждёнными результатами
• Понимание особенностей работы с биллингом и контрактами в B2B
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и владение русским и английским языками

• Внимание к деталям и аккуратность в ведении документации
• Готовность учиться и развиваться вместе с командой и продуктом
