Head of IT Security #vacancy # Limassol #OnsiteCyprus

Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of information security policy (Access Control, DLP, Endpoint Security, etc.).
- Participation in building a secure infrastructure (Google Workspace, VPN/Twingate, CBS)
- Access control management, log auditing, incident management
- Conducting internal vulnerability tests / pentest coordination
- Supporting external IT audits and compliance assessments
- Training the team on cybersecurity principles

Requirements:
- Cyprus based role
- Experience in an IT security / SecOps / DevSec role in a fintech, bank or startup environment
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA
- Hands-on experience configuring IAM, DLP, MDM, GSuite Security, Cloud security
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH
- Ability to maintain documentation, write policies and guidelines
- Experience working with auditors, preferably on the side of a licensed financial institution
- Experience in passing security audits for SOC 2 (would be a plus)
- English: at least B2
