Responsibilities:
User Research: Conducting user research to understand the target audience, their needs, behaviors, and pain points related to AI technologies.
Design Strategy: Developing a design strategy that aligns with the goals of the AI project and incorporates AI capabilities seamlessly into the user interface.
UI Design: Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that facilitate interaction with AI features such as natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
UX Design: Designing user experiences that are seamless, efficient, and engaging, considering how users will interact with AI-powered features and providing feedback loops to improve AI performance.
Prototyping and Testing: Creating prototypes of UI designs to test usability and gather feedback from users, iterating on designs based on user testing results.
Collaboration: Collaborating closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design goals and technical capabilities.
Accessibility: Ensuring that the UI design is accessible to users with disabilities and compliant with accessibility standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UX/UI design,
Strong understanding of human communication patterns, emotional intelligence, psychology, and principles of human-computer interaction (HCI).
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights to inform design decisions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for AI and conversational technology, with a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in AI companionship.
