Вот мне подсказали и скинули список документов для счета физлицу в BoC.
Для обновления данных я думаю тоже актуально.

Utility bills есть. Попробую с ними. Если нет все равно контракт продлевать уже скоро и там переподпишу нормально.

Обновлял через данные через приложеное BoC.
Через некоторое время пришел email от менеджера с запросом сначала certified версии и затем попросили с двумя киприотами в свидетелях.
Формулировка такая The rental agreement in order to be accepted by the bank should be signed by the landlord and tenant/s and their signatures should be certifying by a certifying officer and it should be witnessed by 2 Cypriots.

Да, я так и предполагаю.
Делюсь с общественностью какие случаи бывают 🙂

Столкнулся со странным требованием от BoC. Пробую обновить данные по месту жительства и они требуют чтобы в договоре аренды оба witnesses были Киприоты.
Видел в чате пишут, что не принципиальна национальность свидетелей, но вот кейс когда может пригодиться иметь двух киприотов :)
