**
Responsibilities:

- Collection, analysis, development and accounting of supporting documentation;
- Reflection on the accounts of the operating, investment, financial activities;
- Interaction with external consultants on current accounting issues and control of timeliness, completeness, correctness of reflection of operations on accounts;
- Preparation of interim financial statement;
- Preparation monthly/quarterly/annual budget, monitoring spending limits, conducting plan/fact analysis;
- Implementing financial controlling procedures;.

Qualifications:

- Working experience as the Accountant in crypto companies or investment funds;
- Working experience as the Accountant, Financial Manager or Auditor (Big4) 2-3 years;
- Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP);
- Experience in participating in preparation of consolidated financial statements;
- The language is English, so you’re supposed to be at least C1 level;
- Experience in budgeting and financial controlling procedures;
- Experience in crypto assets accounting is a big plus;
- Some experience in SQL/Python is also great plus (but it is not mandatory).

=nil; is looking for database developer ,an experienced engineer of data storage systems who will participate ambitious project of development new DBMS to handle Bitcoin, Ethereum and any other fault-tolerant replication-enabled database as usual database within a database management system, providing them with traditional DBMS-specific features: state sharding/partitioning (master-slave state clusterization), query language (e.g. SQL-alike SELECTs and UPSERTs), cross-database queries and much more.

**Responsibilities:

**-DBMS fault-safety improvements
-Replication protocol adaptors API stabilisation
-Actor model-based multi-threading integration
-Query language improvements

**Qualifications:

**-5-6 years C++ experience
-2-3 years of experience with file systems, concurrency, multi-threading, server architectures, replication protocols
-OLAP-specific or OLTP-specific architecture differences should not be a secret for you
-MVCC doesn’t make you scared
-Knowledge what database cluster commit log is
-Thread-local memory-first development is your passion
-Willingness to build highly reliable systems is a must
