🚀 Swipey is an AI companion platform — a fast-growing B2C subscription & credits product in the adult vertical.

💡 What you’ll do:
• Own the affiliate channel end to end — source, recruit, negotiate and scale partners
• Work with affiliate networks, media buyers, traffic/content sites, SEO, social/UGC, email & push partners
• Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals, rates, caps, geos and test budgets
• Onboard partners and manage tracking, postbacks, creatives and first traffic tests
• Grow existing accounts through new geos, placements, creatives and commercial terms
• Track partner performance based on real revenue: FTD, LTV, D7/D30/D60/D90 payback, rebills, churn and ROAS
• Monitor traffic quality, fraud, chargebacks and attribution discrepancies
• Own Everflow setup, reporting and partner payouts together with finance

🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years in affiliate/partner management on the advertiser or network side
• Proven experience personally sourcing, closing and scaling affiliates
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models
• Strong analytical skills — cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, payback curves, Excel/Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with Everflow, Affise, Tune/HasOffers, Cake, RedTrack, Voluum or similar
• Experience with Tier-1 markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia
• Existing affiliate/media buyer network
• Fluent English and strong negotiation skills

➕ Adult/NSFW, dating, gaming/iGaming or subscription B2C experience is a big plus.

🏢 Full-time, office-based in Limassol. Candidates should already be in Cyprus or be ready to relocate.

💡 What you’ll do:
• Build and improve the AI pipelines powering SwipeyAI companions.
• Own parts of the chat pipeline: prompt construction, personality conditioning, memory, context, and reply post-processing.
• Integrate and evaluate new LLM, image, and video generation models.

Возвращаюсь с историей перелёта собак из Ларнаки в Москву авиакомпанией Emirates.
Ранее я уже спрашивала в чате про успокоительные - этот момент тоже сыграл свою роль.

В Ларнаку мы приехали примерно за 3 часа до вылёта. На стойке регистрации были очень милые сотрудники: внимательно проверили все документы, в том числе и на собак, и сказали, что у нас есть ещё время погулять. Примерно за 1,5 часа до рейса я вернулась, чтобы сдавать собак. Нам разрешили оставить на них ошейники и GPS-трекеры, а Emirates дополнительно выдали свои две стяжки с номерами.

Перед выходом в аэропорт я дала собакам габапентин — строго по инструкции врача. За два дня до перелёта мы его протестировали, всё прошло нормально.

Я сдала клетки, слышала, как собаки лают, и пошла на посадку. Уже в самолёте попросила стюардесс уточнить, точно ли собак погрузили. Мне подтвердили и добавили, что их лай слышен в хвосте самолёта (не уверена, что мне была нужна эта информация 😀).

Мы прилетели в Дубай. Когда я вышла из самолёта, в зале ожидания был виден наш борт, и я решила посмотреть, как будут выгружать собак. Через пару минут к самолёту подъехала машинка с изображением лапки. Достаточно быстро выгрузили первую клетку и увезли её, а вот вторую клетку не выносили минут 20. Я начала сильно нервничать.

Наконец я увидела, как клетка едет по ленте. Вокруг неё сразу собрались сотрудники аэропорта и начали что-то рассматривать. Мне стало по-настоящему плохо , я подумала, что с собакой что-то случилось. Через некоторое время ко мне подошёл сотрудник аэропорта и спросил, что произошло. Я объяснила ситуацию, и он сказал, что собака прогрызла дыру в клетке 😱 и показал фото.

Мне сказали идти и ждать посадки на следующий рейс и обратиться к супервайзеру за информацией о собаках. Я ждала больше часа. Уже почти все пассажиры сели в самолёт, когда мне наконец показали фото клеток и сообщили, что собаки могут лететь дальше, всё в порядке.

На борту я снова уточнила ситуацию у стюардесс. Они сказали, что свяжутся с капитаном и объяснят происходящее. В целом, в отсеке с животными обычно есть камера, за которой может наблюдать капитан, но в этом самолёте её не было.

Мы долетели до Домодедово. Я буквально бежала на паспортный контроль, чтобы как можно быстрее ждать собак. Как только я спустилась в зону багажа и спросила, где будут выдавать животных, ко мне сразу подошёл ветконтроль и попросил все документы, включая ветеринарные и экспертные справки.

Выдачи собак я ждала ещё 30–40 минут. Когда клетки наконец вывезли, было видно, что собаки в шоке: они сильно нервничали, дрожали. Клетка действительно была погрызена в одном месте, а у овчарки все дёсны были в крови.

Но самое главное , мы доехали.
Повторять этот опыт нет ни малейшего желания.😁

Ага , у нас тоже два , но общее время будет часов 12

А я не понимаю можно ли плед? плюс переживаю , что он плохо впитывает

Подскажите, чем застилать бокс для перевозки собак в самолёт? Пелёнки приклеила , что лучше постелить сверху ?

Вот эти боковые решётки пытается выдрать 🤪

Ну мы купили тревел бокс, но самый дорогой и надёжный из доступных.
Кастомные клетки берут только в карго

Тут мысли отличаются только тем, что конкретная собака очень сильная и упертая, может расфигачить клетку , за чем и была уже замечена) у меня тоже есть коты и они тоже полетят, но в самолёте, за них не переживаю ) и есть еще 2 собаки, за которых я тоже не переживаю , они будут сидеть и тихонько волноваться в клетке)
