We’re building the next generation of AI-powered entertainment — blending advanced technology with deeply personalized digital connection. Scaling fast and globally, we’re looking for a UA Manager Lead to own and build our growth engine.

This is not a passive role. We want a growth scientist who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and aggressive scaling.

🔥 What You’ll Own

-Strategic Scaling: Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance campaigns across Search, Social & unconventional channels

-Funnel Ownership: Manage and optimize the full user journey — from traffic to conversion

-Data Mastery: Deep-dive analysis that explains the why behind the numbers

-Creative Collaboration: Turn performance insights into high-converting creative briefs

-Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of Google, Meta, and TikTok algorithms

🧠 What We’re Looking For

-2+ years of UA / PPC experience (web, apps, or subscription-based entertainment)

-Strong understanding of attribution & analytics (Looker / Tableau)

-Fluent English communication skills

-Excellent time management and organization

-Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices

💸 Salary

€5,000 – €7,000 / month
