Основные обязанности
Реализация уникального крупного проекта в сфере hospitality;
Развитие девелоперских проектов компании;
Руководство процессами проектирования, получения ИРД;
Контроль строительства, тендерная работа;
Непосредственное участие в процессе создания продукта;
Формировагие и ведение комплекта документауии проекта ( бизнес план, бюджет, сетевой график), подготовка отчетности о реализации проектоа;
Взаимодействие с другими управлениями компании : строительным, финансовым, коммерческми, юридическим;
Руководство внутренней службой техническогт заказчика;
Управление командой, работа с несколькими девелоперскиси проектами одновременно;
Требования:
Высшее образование в сфере экономики, ПГС;
Дополнител наяпрофессиональная подготовка в области девелопмента недвижимости приветствуется;
Опыт работы от 5 лет в областях: недвижисосиь, девелопмент, строительство, желательно в секторе девелопмента гостиниц и крупных жилых проектов в качестве руководителя в девелоперской компании, менеджера крупных деаелоперских проектов в международных и топовых российских компаниях;
Знание всех стадий реализации девелоперских ппоектов, опыт работы с международными подрядчиками приветствуется, хороший английский обязателен;
Владение ПК : продвинутый аользователь;
Личностнын качества: ответственност, порядочность, командный стиль работы, коммуникабельносьт, уверенносиь в себе, способность работать в условиях многозадачности;

Location Limassol
I am looking for a Chief financial specialist for an Investment and Development company
Main dities:
Participation in changing accounting and financial program to 1S;
Participating in inventing and implementation of methodology for capitalization of expenses in building development projects;
Review of different types of agreements for potential financial and tax risks;
Participation in management accounts and various disclosure preparations;
Communications and negotiations with various auditors and financial and tax consultants;
Support of other departments to follow the internal politics regarding financial matters;
Communication with banks for KYC of passport clients;
Other ad hoc requests from top management;

Requirements
Education: University, College degree in Audit, Finance, Accounting
Work experience in Finance, Audit, Accounting;
Skills & Knowledge: IFRS, Accounting, experience in communications to Cyprus banks, fluency in English, Russian and Greek is an advantage;
ACCA in progress or completed is an advantage;
Knowledge of MS Officr, 1S;
Ability to work under pressure, interest in challenges and non-standard tasks;
