Reports to the Head of Legal Department
Duties and requirements
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience in Cyprus legislation in construction and real estate field
• Knowledge of construction industry norms
• Legal support of construction projects
• Drafting and legal expertise of commercial contracts (general contracts, subcontracts on design works, construction site works, supply, purchase and sale of real estate)
Requirements
• Higher education in the field of Law
• 7 years of working experience as a Lawyer/Legal adviser in the field of construction and real estate
• Knowledge of MS Office
