*Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities*

- Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets (online, offline marketing, community management)
- Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns and other methods
- Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to the clients
- Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans
- Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance

*Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications*

- Experience in crypto & NFT field as a Head of Marketing & Sales
- Experience in marketing and working with applications, marketing campaigns, user acquisition, metrics, conversions, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing
- Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
- Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and software
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

*Who are we looking for?*

- Experience as an art director in digital products at least three years
- A strong portfolio of both your own work and work performed under your direct supervision
- An unabashed ability to connect and do the work by hand (interfaces, identities, promo layouts)
- Strong knowledge of Figma and any two Adobe products
- The playing coach is a team player with strong managerial skills
- Understanding the interface and product metrics, the ability and desire to find a solution to the problem
- Ability to adequately assess the scope and urgency of tasks and manage these parameters
- Literate Russian and fluent written English
