🧑🏽‍💻Responsibilities:**
▫️ Consult and handle day-to-day legal matters relating to business operations of IT company (e.g. risk assessment of new ideas, review of contracts, etc.)
▫️ Consult and handle corporate legal matters (e.g. intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, resolutions, powers of attorney, etc);
▫️Applying AML, KYC and GDPR procedures according to the relevant Laws and Regulations;
▫️ Registration, day-to-day administration, liquidation of Cyprus and foreign companies
▫️ Interacting with service providers and law firms in Cyprus and abroad on legal and tax issues;
▫️ Conducting legal research and analysis and providing recommendations to the portfolio companies;
▫️ Maintaining the company's filing and archiving systems
▫️ Provide advice and recommendations to portfolio companies about the interpretation or application of relevant data protection rules and regulations
**
🚦Requirements:**
▫️ A degree in Law. Degree in Data Protection and/or Intellectual Property will be considered as an advantage
▫️ Experience with Data Protection regulation/GDPR is a plus
▫️ Must be IT savvy
▫️ Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
▫️ Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
▫️ Excellent working knowledge of the English language. Russian language will be considered as an advantage
▫️Residence in Cyprus is a plus, but relocation is also possible

Просто это на постоянной основе и когда часто на такси - подбешивает по 2-3 раза в день звонить в саппорт

Недавно тут писали про такси Alpha CY - сейчас с коллегами выявили, что они практически каждую поездку накидывают около 1-1,5 евро за время ожидания, когда все было во время или даже на предварительном заказе, когда машина приезжает раньше.

Время бесплатного ожидания у них 3 минуты официально.

Будьте внимательны. Всем мира и добра :)

Alpha CY - классные, все русскоговорящие. Машины есть всегда (иногда просто минут 10-15 подождать), поддержка оперативная (когда у девушки на телефоне выходной или она ещё не пришла, отвечает хозяин).

Но относительно болта - дороже на 1-2 евро.

Мне в Mitbah понравилась

Т.е. если бы ко мне применялся 20% вычет и в контракте зп Gross, то я бы получать ежемесячно должен был больше? Или ежегодно надо было бы файлить налоговую декларацию с вычетом за прошлый год?

Я просто не могу понять (что к прошлой 20%, что к новой 50%) - это деньги, которые работники могут каким-то образом получить или это только + для работодателя, который меньше налогов будет платить?))
