We're looking for Educational platform manager.
📌Full remote

👌🏻Responsibilities:

- work with customer returns, solving technical issues;
- customer support for users via ZenDesk and AmoCRM;
- analysis and improvement of return processes and customer interaction (implementation of instructions, description and digitization of processes;
- implementation of elements of customer success, direct sales, zoom onboarding of customers;
- testing of features and regular tests of the platform, personal account as assigned by the product department and developers;
- reporting and analytics (weekly, monthly);
- setting development goals for Support & Customer Success together with management and their implementation (quarterly, annual).

👌🏻Requirements:

- work experience with ZenDesk systems (work settings, macros, triggers, reports, channel binding) and AmoCRM (working with agreements, creating chatbots);
- English - Intermediate and up;
- experience in b2c sales will be an advantage;
- experience of work with Sendpuls platform will be an advantage;
- analytical skills and ability to solve complex customer requests;
- ability to work remotely and make informed decisions independently.

- creating trigger and mass campaigns at each stage of the customer life cycle (attraction, development, retention and return);
- testing the effectiveness of advertising channels in order to optimize the budget in various sources: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, push-messages, Telegram/Viber/WhatsApp-messages
- working with segments;
- testing hypotheses on improving communication in channels;
- Improving the quality and efficiency of communication with users: monitoring the growth of metrics and creating new interesting formats of newsletters;
- working on the growth of the subscription base - developing and testing mechanics that allow you to increase the subscriber base, include them in communication and further bring them to a purchase;
- analytics of the effectiveness of email newsletters and other communication channels;
- researching the target audience, creating a mind map by target audience segments, developing CJM;
- media planning.

👌🏻Requirements:
- marketing experience in educational sector from 1 year;
- work experience with client bases at different stages of their needs;
- basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- understanding of the principles of SPAM filters;
- copywriting skills and ability to work with texts;
- knowledge of how to manage and launch marketing communications tools;
- ability to work with client bases and segment the audience;
- understanding of the sales funnel;
- competent oral and written communication, ability to highlight the main points and package them in a mailing format;
- English at the Intermediate level and above.
