We're looking for Educational platform manager.
📌Full remote

👌🏻Responsibilities:

- work with customer returns, solving technical issues;
- customer support for users via ZenDesk and AmoCRM;
- analysis and improvement of return processes and customer interaction (implementation of instructions, description and digitization of processes;
- implementation of elements of customer success, direct sales, zoom onboarding of customers;
- testing of features and regular tests of the platform, personal account as assigned by the product department and developers;
- reporting and analytics (weekly, monthly);
- setting development goals for Support & Customer Success together with management and their implementation (quarterly, annual).

👌🏻Requirements:

- work experience with ZenDesk systems (work settings, macros, triggers, reports, channel binding) and AmoCRM (working with agreements, creating chatbots);
- English - Intermediate and up;
- experience in b2c sales will be an advantage;
- experience of work with Sendpuls platform will be an advantage;
- analytical skills and ability to solve complex customer requests;
- ability to work remotely and make informed decisions independently.
