**Role Description
**We’re looking for a Finance Lead to own and scale our financial operations across our high-risk startup. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and can manage financial frameworks in fast-moving, high-risk verticals.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operational cashflow (fiat and crypto), financial planning, reporting, liquidity and treasury management, and risk controls.
This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role with close collaboration with the Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Всем привет! Мы в поисках активного и опытного Manual QA специалиста в наш iGaming проект. Формат - ремоут из любой точки мира.
**Что хотелось бы видеть:
▫️**От 3 лет коммерческого опыта в Manual QA.
▫️Опыт тестирования веб-приложений: функционал, UI, кроссбраузерность, адаптив.
▫️Понимание, как тестировать платежные системы: оплаты, возвраты, антифрод.
▫️Будет плюсом, если уже работал(а) с криптой или тестировал(а) криптоплатежи.
▫️Опыт проверки админок: роли и права, настройки, управление контентом.
▫️Умение делать Pixel Perfect-проверки по макетам в Figma.
▫️Базовое понимание API-тестирования (REST/JSON) и опыт работы с Postman или Insomnia.

Всем привет! 👋 Мы - Cannonball Code, fintech и venture builder, создающий цифровые продукты в сферах iGaming и social casino. Работаем в небольшой команде, ценим инициативность, самостоятельность и открытое взаимодействие.
Ищем коллегу , который будет:
• создавать креативы для соцсетей (Instagram, Facebook, X);
• разрабатывать рекламные материалы для Meta, Google, email-кампаний и других маркетинговых каналов;
• адаптировать дизайн под разные форматы и аудитории;
• работать в тесной связке с командами маркетинга и SMM.
Что нам важно:
• от 2 лет опыта в digital-дизайне;
• опыт в iGaming, gaming, social casino или entertainment — большой плюс;
• уверенное владение Figma и Adobe Creative Suite;
• опыт использования AI-инструментов в дизайне;
• портфолио с рекламными и social media креативами.
Будет плюсом опыт с motion design, видеомонтажом, 3D-визуализацией и AI-assisted creative production.

• работу с PSP performance и routing efficiency
• взаимодействие с Anti-Fraud, Product и Tech командами
• поиск точек роста для approval rate и UX
**Важно:

• понимание online payment flows, PSP и acquiring
• опыт анализа payment conversion и transaction behaviour
• strong analytical skills
• русский + английский
