🧩 We’re looking for someone with:
— Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
— 3+ years of experience in a similar role within IT, iGaming, or affiliate sectors
— Advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets
— Experience working with ERP/accounting systems (1C, QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, MS Dynamics, etc.)
— Strong background in budgeting, P&L/CF/BS reporting, payroll processing, and PSP reconciliation
— Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and independence in decision-making
— English: Intermediate or higher

😎 Your key responsibilities will include:
— Creating and managing budgets and forecasts; tracking performance and variances
— Preparing full management reporting packs and Power BI dashboards
— Processing multi-currency payroll and ensuring compliance with HRIS and local regulations
— Reconciling PSP transactions (Adyen, Stripe, Nuvei, etc.)
— Monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for optimization
— Supporting and refining performance metrics in partnership with department leads
— Collaborating cross-functionally with Treasury, Legal, Product, and Operations teams
