What You Will Do:
Identify new partners and webmasters through cold outreach, with a strong focus on SEO-oriented contacts in the CIS region.
Actively attract partners, including arbitrage specialists, agencies, and advertising networks.
Manage long-term partnerships and monitor traffic quality.
Work with partners on a revshare model; apply hybrid payment models to attract new partners.
Optimize campaigns and monitor key metrics (ROI, CR, ARPU) to achieve KPIs.
Having an existing base of webmasters in the CIS region will be a big plus!

What We Expect From You:
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a solid background in the gambling niche.
Expertise in sourcing SEO webmasters and experience in the CIS market.
Knowledge of payment models (RevShare, hybrid) and key performance metrics (CTR, CR, ROI).
Confident use of Google Docs for reporting; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
Initiative, responsibility, and teamwork skills, with effective time management.
