SMM Specialist (Part-time, focus on video content)
Reiwa Development — a premium real estate developer in Paphos, Cyprus. We are building a brand presence across international markets and are looking for a part-time SMM specialist with a strong focus on video content creation.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Create and edit engaging photo & video content (shooting on-site, drone footage, editing short-form videos).
- Develop creative scripts and ideas for Reels/Shorts/TikTok.
- Adapt content for different audiences: investors, families, B2B
- Ensure brand consistency in all materials (using brand book, palettes, fonts).
- Support marketing campaigns with tailored content for ads and landing pages.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation (especially video).
- Strong video editing skills.
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and optimization
- English and Russian (working company languages). Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of trends in luxury real estate and ability to adapt them to international audiences.
- Creativity and proactiveness: we value not only execution but also fresh ideas.
