🏗SMM Specialist with experience in real estate**

Reiwa Development is seeking an experienced and creative SMM Specialist to join our team and elevate our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SMM strategy to enhance brand visibility and promote the company’s real estate projects.
- Create and publish visually appealing, relevant, and high-quality content (text, images, video) across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Note: All channels are managed in English.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics; prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments and messages, fostering a vibrant and loyal online community.
- Stay abreast of competitor activity and emerging trends in the real estate industry both in Cyprus and globally.
- Design creative assets for paid campaigns (static and motion).
- Identify and collaborate with influencers; coordinate and execute advertising integrations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SMM specialist, preferably within the real estate.
- Proficiency in working with various content formats, including text, imagery, and video.
- Solid understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, while also being an effective team player.
- Excellent command of English and Russian, with the ability to produce error-free, publication-ready content in both languages.
- Availability to visit the office or shoot on location in Paphos once a week.
- Access to the necessary equipment or ability to independently manage end-to-end production with third-party contractors.
