Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Leadership & HR Consultant with extensive experience in driving organizational performance, developing talent, and establishing robust operational frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building effective leadership capabilities, and implementing structured HR processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational support across leadership and HR functions

Develop and implement structured HR processes

Lead and refine recruitment, selection, and onboarding frameworks

Coach leaders and teams to enhance communication, performance, and operational clarity

Facilitate workshops and team development activities to strengthen organizational culture

Assess existing workflows and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and performance

Support management in building clarity, structure, and consistent leadership practices

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience

At least 3 years of leadership experience in team lead

Strong expertise in HR operations, including process development and organizational structuring

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development frameworks

Proven ability to conduct leadership coaching and team motivation activities

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with employees and internal stakeholders

Highly organized and results-focused, with a strong commitment to clarity, execution, and operational excellence
