— Background in iGaming domain
— Strong skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers.
— In-depth experience with various candidate sourcing platforms and tools.
— Proficiency in recruiting candidates for remote positions.
— Skilled in crafting engaging and persuasive messages for candidate outreach and communication.
— Skills in analyzing recruitment funnel metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
— Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
— Ability to set clear hiring goals and organize daily activities for maximum efficiency.
— Experience in market research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges.
— Desire to work for results and quality— hiring specialists that match with the culture and values of the company.
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of self-organization.
— Knowledge of English B1/B2+

— Analyzing recruitment data to identify challenges and developing solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
— Creating reports about recruitment activities and outcomes.
