— Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
— Ability to set clear hiring goals and organize daily activities for maximum efficiency.
— Experience in market research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges.
— Desire to work for results and quality— hiring specialists that match with the culture and values of the company.
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of self-organization.
— Knowledge of English B1/B2+

— Using ATS to streamline candidate management throughout the hiring process.
— Analyzing recruitment data to identify challenges and developing solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
— Creating reports about recruitment activities and outcomes.
— Stay informed about IT industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
