We are looking for a Client Coordinator/Administrator for an offline education project for children.

This role is for you if:
• you prefer clear rules, structure, and instructions
• you are calm, reliable, and consistent
• you feel comfortable working as part of a system
• you communicate politely and professionally

What you will do:
• communicate with parents via messengers and phone
• process incoming requests only (no cold calls)
• provide information about programs according to prepared scripts
• carefully follow up with parents and not lose leads
• update client statuses in CRM
• coordinate payments, contracts, and schedules
• collect feedback and pass it to the team
• keep daily operations running without escalating every question

Requirements:
• English B2+ (written and spoken)
