We are looking for a Sales Manager for an offline education project. This role is about growth and results.
💰 Starting income is modest. 📈 After 2 months salary review and increase if the plan is met.

This role is for you if:

you are comfortable with targets, numbers, and responsibility
you can work independently, without constant control or motivation
you enjoy communicating with people and building trust
you are attentive to details and finish what you start

What you will do:
work with hot inbound leads (target ads + existing base)
consult parents and sell educational programs for children
manage deals and statuses in CRM
communicate with clients via phone and messengers
handle contracts and payments
collect feedback from parents
take responsibility for sales results

Requirements:
English B2+
Russian is a plus
sales or client-facing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
