I am looking for a Team Lead Product Designer to join our team.

FinTech / iGaming company.

-Work format: remote \office
-Level: Lead

Requirements:
-5+ years in product design, 1+ years of team leadership within a large company;
-Portfolio demonstrating clear business outcomes;
-Team management skills: planning, task decomposition, design reviews, development plans, and improving team efficiency;
-Experience leading product design from 0 → 1;
-Interface animation skills demonstrated in the portfolio.


Responsibilities:
-Manage and prioritize the design backlog, estimate tasks, ensure quality and timelines;
-Collaborate with product managers on hypotheses and user research;
-Apply the design system and provide feedback on gaps and improvements;
-Grow and mentor the design team;
-Ensure predictable delivery of design for product features;
-Achieve product goals through design.
