We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven CRO — a commercial leader who knows how to grow revenue, inspire people, and execute with precision. This is a key C-level position for someone who thrives on challenge, drives results, and leads by example.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop global sales and account management teams (KAMs, SDRs, Sales Reps)
• Define and implement revenue growth strategies across products and regions
• Audit commercial operations, optimize costs, and improve profitability
• Drive data-based decision-making and strengthen go-to-market performance
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry events
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other C-levels to align business goals
🎯 Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CRO, Commercial Director, VP of Sales or CBDO with an international scope and experience in the high-risk industry
• Track record of leading multi-level sales and KAM teams to success
• Strong analytical and financial acumen — data-driven, not intuition-based
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Global mindset, ability to work across cultures and travel when needed
• Energetic, structured, and proactive approach — a true business driver
