We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Administrator to join our dynamic team in Limassol. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:
**
-Manage the day-to-day corporate administration of a portfolio of companies.
-Liaise with external service providers (legal, tax, compliance) on corporate structuring and regulatory matters.
-Provide legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
-Facilitate the opening of bank accounts and payment solutions, ensuring timely submission of KYC documentation.
-Support business development initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
**Qualifications & Skills:
**
-University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration, with exposure to banking and payment solutions.
-Strong understanding of financial statements, tax compliance, and corporate governance.
-Experience working with international/multinational companies is a plus.
-Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
-Proactive, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
