We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented join our finance team for our brand-new luxury hospitality project at Ararat Tower. If you have a strong background in general accounting, expertise in Cyprus VAT and payroll, and experience within the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you! 👍

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reconciliations for bank, accounts payable, and more.
* Record and monitor financial transactions (bank, cash, tips, etc.).
* Manage fixed assets and expenses (depreciation, provisions, rental).
* Process payroll and social insurance contributions.
* Prepare VAT returns, calculate SDC tax, and assist with tax filings.
* Oversee period closing, allocate expenses, and assist with audits.
* Contribute to corporate banking, resolutions, and government reporting.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* ACCA or similar certification is a plus.
* Proficiency in English is required; Russian is an advantage.
