We are now hiring a dynamic Director of Property Management for our Premium Properties!

The Director of Property Management will be responsible for overseeing property management activities, property administration, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise team's work
- Ensure high-level customer service
- Implement Ticketing System as well as Quality Service Department
- Financial planning and budget control
- Monitor technologies and implement innovations
- Set KPIs
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Cypriot laws and regulations, including labour laws, data privacy, and financial regulations

Qualifications:
- Higher Technical education
- At least 5 years of experience in Property Management
- Deep understanding of the Industry and the specifics of Management Companies
- Ability to control Operational tasks and develop Strategic decisions
- Knowledge of Cyprus real estate legislation (preferable)
- Russian language would be considered as an advantage
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours
