Inex company is hiring Cleaning Manager for a new business center in Paphos.
 
Responsibilities and duties of the position:
 
• Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring all areas are kept in pristine condition according to company standards and client expectations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability and operational readiness.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning chemicals and machinery.
• Perform regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds standards, providing feedback and additional training to staff as needed.
• Handle customer complaints related to cleaning services, taking immediate corrective action to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage the budget for the cleaning department, including forecasting needs for staffing, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments or external contractors for special cleaning projects or when specialized cleaning services are required beyond the scope of the regular cleaning team.

Schedule:
