Inex company is hiring Administrator for a new business center in Paphos. (ABC business center)
Responsibilities and duties of the position:
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for members and guests;
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails;
- Provide the highest service, manage members’ complaints and inquiries;
- Assist members with any special requirements throughout their stay in the office;
- Provide clients with basic IT support: app download, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Zoom meetings;
- Prepare the requested reports for the Operations Manager;
- Replenish the coffee point areas on all floors with consumables;
- Manage the reception desk and perform administrative duties;
- Keep the kitchen area up;
- Monitor deliveries and mail;
- Keep the workspace looking good, clean and tidy;
- Monitor the appearance of cleaning staff, technical service and security services, monitor their compliance with service standards;
- Assist the Event Manager in organizing internal and external events;
- Replace the Operations Manager/Hospitality Manager at the facility during his/her absence;
- Administrative support;
- Provide a report on expenses from the corporate card to the financial manager of the project.

Responsibilities and duties of the position:
• Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring all areas are kept in pristine condition according to company standards and client expectations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability and operational readiness.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning chemicals and machinery.
• Perform regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds standards, providing feedback and additional training to staff as needed.
• Handle customer complaints related to cleaning services, taking immediate corrective action to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage the budget for the cleaning department, including forecasting needs for staffing, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
