We are seeking a dynamic and organized specialist to join our team as a Personal Assistant.
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily activities of the CEO.
⚡️ Your future responsibilities and challenges:
— Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
— Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. Assist with the paperwork required for work-visa and related immigration documents.
— Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing and managing tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure optimal use of the CEO's time.
— Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO. Anticipate and address potential travel-related challenges.
— Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings as required. Follow up on action items and deadlines. Act as the point of contact for landlords, property managers, external suppliers and service providers
— Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as needed. Summarize findings and provide relevant information for decision-making.
— Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the executive.
😎 For this position is important:
— Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role. (preferably in IT)
— Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Knowledge of English, Greek, and Russian language.
— Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
— Efficient time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
— Ability to think critically and strategically and turn ideas into action plans.
— Driving license.
