Key Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Consulting clients (including technical aspects) on product selection, recommending the most suitable products, and cross-selling based on corporate standards.
• Advising clients on product-related issues such as warranties, repairs, deliveries, and company policies based on corporate standards.
• Handling incoming calls to the offline and online store, as well as communications in online chat and messengers.
• Informing customers about promotions and other activities.
• Recording sales, refunds, invoices, etc., in the accounting software Exact.
• Operating the cash register and maintaining cash discipline.
• Working with the CRM system (placing orders for missing items, issuing goods to clients upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods).
• Preparing goods for delivery and completing accompanying documents.
Required Qualifications:
• More than 2 years of relevant working experience in similar positions.
• Experience with premium products and prestigious merchandise, including a personal approach to clients.
• Fluent English. Fluent or upper-intermediate knowledge of Greek. Knowledge of the Russian language will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
