Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Payroll Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Maintain employee records and manage benefits administration.

• Prepare and analyze payroll reports and metrics.

• Assist with audits related to payroll and HR functions.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR functions.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.

• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


Knowledge of Greek is a must!
