А зачем апостиль на свидетельство о браке из РФ.
Из ситуаций, которые знаю: подача на визу в другое государство. Муниципалитеты иногда упираются для заключения брака. Но миграционный департамент в страдании фигнёй, слава богу, пока замечен не был.

Соответственно, должна быть либо действующая банковская гарантия, либо гарантийное письмо - обязательство работодателя. Всё время, пока статус заявителя подразумевает его возможную депортацию при визовых нарушениях.

На меня гарантия от работодателя есть. Пытаюсь понять, нужно ли запрашивать на семью 🙂
На каждого члена семьи должна быть банковская гарантия в случае необходимости депортации.
