Certificate of Good Standing for the company from the Registrar of Companies (not more than 6 months old). Cost €200. 4. Certificate of criminal record from the Police that the company has not been sanctioned for employing illegally-staying third country nationals, or due to undeclared work or illegal employment (not more than 6 months old).
