Юристы моей компании при очередном продлении Residence Permit сказали, что теперь они обязаны подаваться на Blue Card вместо BCS Residence Permit, если employee is eligible.
Среди прочих документов был
"Copy of your University Degrees – should be in dual language or officially translated in English".
И вот пришла новость:
"Migration needs the actual paper/degree stamped “true copy of the original” bearing the Seal and signature of the University and not a soft copy."

Кто-нибудь сталкивался с таким? Реально в России нужно заверять в ВУЗе копию диплома? Есть ли способ сделать это удаленно или по доверенности?

a true copy (by the issuing Authority) - это разве не соответствует "Migration needs the actual paper/degree stamped “true copy of the original” bearing the Seal and signature of the University and not a soft copy."?

Это со слов моего работодателя, что это требование к работодателю, не к мигрейшн. Что если работник eligible for Blue Card, то его нужно перевести на Blue Card.
Но это не важно. Хочется понять, с начала июля, когда открыли подачу на Blue Card, были ли в чате успешные подачи с копией диплома, сделанной в РФ или На Кипре?

у меня изначальный вопрос был про копию диплома для Blue Card - реально ли ее надо делать в ВУЗе РФ..
без разницы - обязан или нет работодатель. По факту - мой работодатель предлагает перевести на Blue Card, но тут же выдает такое трудно выполнимое требование про копию диплома.
