Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of customer support professionals to deliver exceptional service to online casino players.
-Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the support team.
-Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance programs and monitor service quality through metrics and customer feedback.
-Training and Development: Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to support team members .
-Performance Analysis: Analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies accordingly.
-Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to customer support and responsible gaming practices.
Requirements:
-Experience: 2+ years of experience in a senior management role within customer support, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry.
-Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
-Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
-Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive operational decisions.
-Knowledge of Online Gaming: Familiarity with online casino products, services, and industry trends is highly desirable.
